All shipping prices are calculated at checkout using standard usps rates

Orders are processed within business 2-4 days. Excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

Once an order is submitted, processing starts. Please contact us within 24 hours to cancel it. After the package is handed over to the mail carrier, cancellations are no longer possible, and refunds will not be issued. If you have any questions about canceling, reach out to us.

All sales are final; returns and refunds are not possible once items are shipped. 

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under Dramatic Entrance co liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.

Dramatic Entrance co is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider as well as work with you to create a solution which may replace your items.

Due to international tariffs placed in the United States, we unfortunately cannot ship items internationally outside of the United States of America. We are currently looking to find a solution to this issue so more people will be able to enjoy our items. We appreciate your patience. If you have any suggestions, please reach out.

The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
